Booking Deposit

A non-refundable $250 deposit is required to secure every appointment. The deposit is applied toward your final session price. No appointment slot is held until the deposit is received and confirmed.

Deposit Refund Policy

The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before your scheduled session. The deposit is forfeited if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your session, or if you do not show up.

Studio Cancellation and Rescheduling

If Eunny Tattoo cancels your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a rescheduled date at your choice. We will provide as much notice as possible in the event of a cancellation.

Aftercare instructions provided by Eunny Tattoo are general guidelines based on standard industry practice and are not medical advice. Healing results vary by individual. Eunny Tattoo is not liable for adverse reactions or healing complications. Consult a licensed medical professional if you have concerns.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to book an appointment or receive a tattoo. By completing a booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request valid government-issued photo identification at your studio visit.

Honor-System Discounts

We offer a 10% discount for active-duty military, first responders, and current students. These discounts operate on the honor system: you self-identify during checkout. At your studio visit, Eunny will verify eligibility. If you do not qualify for the discount claimed, the difference will be due at your session. False claims forfeit the deposit without refund.

Eligible groups: active-duty U.S. military (ID required), first responders (badge or credential required), current college or university students (valid student ID required).

Limitation of Liability

Eunny Tattoo and Inklan Art LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from tattooing services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of your booking deposit.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
