Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

When you use our contact or booking forms, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: your name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle (if given), and a description of your tattoo idea. When you complete a booking deposit via Stripe, Stripe collects payment card data directly — we do not store raw card numbers. When you visit our site, our analytics providers may collect your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and device type for performance and advertising measurement.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: confirm your booking and add your appointment to our Google Calendar; send booking confirmation, reminder, and aftercare emails via Resend; respond to inquiries; measure and improve our advertising via Google Analytics 4 and Meta Conversions API; and fulfill discount eligibility verification at your studio visit. We do not sell your personal information.

Third Parties We Share Data With

We use the following service providers. Each processes only the data needed for its function:

• Stripe — payment processing for the $250 booking deposit. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant. We receive only a payment confirmation token — card details never touch our servers.
• Vercel — site hosting, edge delivery, and server-side request logging
• Resend — transactional email delivery (booking confirmations, reminders, aftercare sequences)
• Meta Conversions API — server-side advertising measurement. We may transmit hashed identifiers (SHA-256 of email/phone) and event signals to Meta when you interact with our booking flow or click our ads. No raw personal data is transmitted.
• Google Analytics 4 — website analytics via Google Analytics 4 (property G-1DP0QQWKBZ). Google may use session data for analytics purposes per their privacy policy.
• Google Calendar — appointment scheduling. Your name and appointment details are stored in our Google Workspace calendar to manage bookings.

Your Rights

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data (subject to legal hold obligations); and opt out of marketing communications at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any email. Analytics and Advertising Opt-Out

You may opt out of analytics tracking via your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker. To opt out of personalized Meta advertising, visit the Meta Ad Preferences page or adjust your device's ad settings.

Data Retention

We retain booking and inquiry records for up to three years to comply with tax and business record obligations, then delete them. Payment records are retained by Stripe per their data retention policy. You may request earlier deletion of your personal data by emailing eunny@eunnytattoo.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
