How long does black and white work last?+
When done well and cared for properly, decades. Fine line softens slightly over years — blackwork stays sharp longer because the saturation is denser.
Will my fine line tattoo blur over time?+
All tattoos shift a little as skin ages. Fine line shifts more than blackwork. Aftercare and sun protection are the biggest variables. I'll walk you through both.
Can I bring a color reference and have it done in black and white?+
Yes. I translate color references into value studies — what's the contrast actually doing? — then design from there. Bring whatever inspires you.
What's the typical session length?+
Small pieces: 1–2 hours. Medium: 3–4 hours. Sleeves and large pieces: multi-session, 4–6 hours each. We'll plan it in consult.
